Why Dueleaf

Stop piecing together the payment story.

The invoice is in one folder. The client’s details are in another. The payment update is somewhere in your messages.

Dueleaf brings those records together. Find the invoice, check the recorded payments, and see what still needs your attention.

Features

Everything around the invoice, in one place.

A focused set of tools for the work before and after you send an invoice.

01

An invoice that represents your business.

Add your logo, business details, line items, due date, and payment instructions. Apply invoice-level discounts and tax where needed, then review the invoice before issuing it.

02

Client details you don’t have to enter twice.

Save client names, contact information, and billing addresses. Select a saved client when it’s time to create the next invoice.

03

Your usual services, ready to add.

Keep a catalogue of products and services with their descriptions and prices. Add them to a draft, or write a custom line item for one-off work.

04

Share it the way your client needs it.

Send an invoice by email, copy its shareable link, or download the PDF. Your client can open the shared invoice without creating a Dueleaf account.

05

Record a deposit. Track the remainder.

Record full or partial payments as you receive them. Keep the payment date, method, and reference alongside the invoice, with an updated outstanding balance.

06

See what needs a follow-up.

Check unpaid and partially paid invoices, due dates, and overdue balances. Keep an overview of the invoices that still need attention.

How it works

From first draft to final payment record.

Set up once, reuse the details that matter, and keep the record current as payments arrive.

  1. 01

    Set up your business.

Add your business details, logo, preferred currency, and payment instructions. Save the defaults you use regularly.

  2. 02

    Create and share your invoice.

Choose a client, add your items, set a due date, and review the total. Issue the invoice, then email it, share its link, or download the PDF.

  3. 03

    Record payments as they arrive.

When your client pays through your usual payment method, record it in Dueleaf. See the remaining balance until the invoice is fully paid.

Frequently asked questions

A few things worth knowing.

What does Dueleaf do?

Dueleaf helps you create, issue, and share invoices, save client information, and record payments received outside the app. It keeps the invoice and its payment history together.

Can my clients pay through Dueleaf?

Not in the first release. You can include your payment instructions on the invoice, receive payment through your usual method, and record it in Dueleaf. Dueleaf does not collect or transfer the money.

Can I record a deposit or partial payment?

Yes. Record each payment against the invoice, and Dueleaf updates the remaining balance. You can record the final payment when the rest arrives.

Do my clients need an account?

No. Clients can open an active invoice link without creating a Dueleaf account. You can also send them the PDF.

Can I add my logo and business details?

Yes. Add your logo, contact details, and payment instructions to your business profile and use them when creating invoices.

Which currencies can I invoice in?

The first release supports Nigerian naira, US dollars, British pounds, and euros. Each invoice uses one currency, and payments are recorded in that same currency. Dueleaf does not convert currencies.

Can I download an invoice as a PDF?

Yes. Download a PDF of an issued invoice for sharing or record-keeping. The original PDF preserves the invoice as issued; current payment balances are shown in Dueleaf and on the active shared invoice page.

Is Dueleaf a full accounting tool?

No. Dueleaf focuses on invoicing and payment records. It is not a replacement for bookkeeping, tax filing, or a full accounting system.
